In my opinion, the smile blendshape is too intense. makes her look goofy. To fix it, lower the animation on Mouth_Smile_Left and Mouth_Smile_Right to 50 from 100.

Make sure to set the FX on the root of the avatar as shown in order to un-grey out the animation!
