Quite late of a reply so i am pretty sure you might've found out already but if not, in the Body.PSD there is a NSFW toggle option, if you open the PSD in photopea (what i use at least) it's marked by a heart icon, you just enable that folder and it will enable NSFW, then just download it and put it on the avatar's body [image: image_2025-11-30_031020077.png]
