All three files are in a zip file. I redownloaded it and tested it myself.
You can use ricerockets custom skin texture for headswaps.
They have almost every popular avatar for their textures and it's as simple as putting them into the texture slot and editing the material a little.
(most of them are also leaked as well, dont waste money on this useless texture.)
