@Kiwiii Open Unity and import the avatar package you want to modify.
In Windows Task Manager, find the Unity process, right‑click, and select End Task (do not close Unity completely yet).
In Unity, go to the Gonso panel and insert the license key, then press Validate.
The avatar will spawn in VRChat. Switch to the VRChat SDK panel and log in.
Name the avatar anything you like, then click Build and Publish.
In Task Manager, wait for Unity’s progress bar to finish.
End the Unity task again.
Open Unity again — you should now see a prefab of the avatar in your project.
Delete the Gonso folder and GonsoLicense.dll from the project.
(Optional) Open the prefab, move all baked menus/parameters to another folder, rename the prefab, and export it as an FBX.
