Hi ! the tags "found avatars and assets" is used when something that was looked for is found, if you want to look at things already found or gifted, I recommand you get on the categories "unread" or "recent" and then go check the "categories" at the right of "all topics" and select what you are looking at !

I recommand you create a thread and use the tag "looking for" when you have something you found on gumroad or booth or anywhere before posting like that
