Here are the only instructions:
■ Installation
Back up your project and install dependencies/shaders.
Import Assets/ASFR.
Open Tools → ASFR → Install on avatar copy.
Select the original scene avatar and language.
Assign materials, select meshes, and mark clothing/main body.
Choose features, validate, and generate.
Test with NDMF Play Mode and VRChat Build & Test.
Original assets are preserved. Generate a fresh copy after changing settings.
