Installation

Create a new VRChat avatar project.
Import the Unity package.
Access the tool via: Tools/VRChat LipSync Audio Converter

Note
This tool works best with clean vocals only. To extract vocals from a music, please use UVR (Ultimate Vocal Remover) or similar software before processing.

Simply put, this is a tool that can record lip movements, just like in vrchat when you speak into a micro, but, you get an animation file.
