I know the base body he uses because I'm using it too; it's called "Bodyset2" by Flastore/Flankmelody. You can find it under various names, as he uses the same body for the avatars he creates, such as "Warabi," "Wolfram," "Muon," "Svartlijia," and "Nemo." Specifically, he uses an older version of the body, as it recently received a minor visual update. They don't change much, just the tummy and other small details, and the (limited) clothing available for that base is compatible without any issues. You can easily find those avatars here.

As for the breasts, unfortunately, they aren't part of the original base; he probably modified them, just like the clothing.
