Heres a step by step on how to do so.

  1. Go to the settings wheel in vtube studio image.png

  2. Go to hotkey and animations tab image.png

  3. Click on expressions editor image.png

  4. This tab should pop up. Click on create new hotkey for unused expressions. image.png

Then setup your desired hotkeys. Hope it makes sense!
