<![CDATA[reason for buying models]]>Hi!! I saw a post saying you better not stream with the models here, what reason do you guys download them for then? Genuinely curious !

Lots of people love to test models before they waste their hard-earned money on something they might not even really like, such as customizable models.

The reason people say that you shouldn't stream with them is because most, if not all, model creators have the buyers sign a form of what social media you use the model on, which means if you pirate a model and stream with it under a username that the creator doesn't know, they will call you out on it.

I download them to learn and study the different rigging styles and physics as I try to improve my own stuff, and I like looking at the texture sheets to see how the model is cut. Others I know here use them as demos--since most artists don't offer demo models which I believe would be a SMART thing to have--and then decide whether or not they'll buy the model after.
