And for the butt just adjust and mess around with the immobile thing in on the bones I believe and it should be fine. No extra tweaking or this and that it was an easy fix...

The bones are turned off so just turn them back on for both the breast and butt (Blue circles)- (Fair warning the breast will clip a bit on the main cover if you do.) Then Look for the toggles, clothing, and you'll see the breast cover with an animation clip. Make sure you delete it and it should be good.
(Red circle just delete that)
