that should make it so that there is no lighting difference between the asset and the body, and give you the ability to interact with light hopefully

make sure "force opaque" if off on the color & normal > alpha options tab
the alpha should work now, assuming you have the blendshape set to 100 and the alpha mask applied to the body

you should update the shader for all other materials too, make sure you disable shading for each of them or things will look weird
i would keep everything cutout so that there wont be weird situations where only your hair is showing
