Literally unusable bc it's so bad. As an asset creator I would never take money for something like this

i tried and gave up LOL

if you really wanted to go through the effort, maybe download some other assets with baggy pants that have good weight painting and try to replicate that? i don't have a lot of knowledge in that department though
