The Hip bone is titled "Hip" instead of "Hips", which VRChat requires to recognize the rig as humanoid properly. I had to manually rename the bone in Blender.

There is a weird visual glitch with the body in Unity, where using any of the blendshapes will cause the whole mesh to look weird. For example, the nipple looks like a small hole has opened in the middle of it. I found that this only happens in Unity, not Blender or in VRChat so don't panic, its purely visual.

The extra bones on each side of the hips have incorrect weight-painting, so the Left one will move stuff on the right side of the avi. As long as you don't use those bones for anything then everything still works fine.
