a lot of people kinda just scrolled by the answer

you have to import the quest unitypackage first and THEN the pc package, the pc package is basically only textures

the files are extremely unkempt and messy but they work just fine, you're definitely going to need to combine a few materials and compress some textures to get her to fit on quest (if you intend on keeping every outfit)
