i ripped this sometime ago soo here
this is the pc version you will have to make the quest version

to import install all the packages you need then you drag the file into unity go to the avatar file click exported project, assets, then drag the prefab in your hierarchy

if u need help lmk if anything is broken the best way to fix them is with facs utilities
