You can do a few things.
First, you want to create an idea of how you want your homeworld / world to look.
You can make your own, buy one, or find a free asset on sketchfab you can download.
There is quite a bit you will need to learn for your first world. So keep it basic before you try to do anything crazy like functioning doors or teleportation.

OH! And if you want pickupable objects and for it to be synced with everyone I think what you need is VRC Object sync.
