<![CDATA[Asset organization]]>Hi there!

I've recently gotten into vrc and customizing my avatar (and downloading a bunch of things I think I'm going to use but who am I kidding) and I wanted to know how people organize their files.

My system I have a folder with all assets (including base avatars) and I've replaced the folder icon with the booth thumbnail. But it's super messy, at least for me, and sometimes I forget I even have those files so I'm hoping someone has a much cleaner method.

Lmk if you have your own method that you won't mind sharing!

I tried organizing by avatar when I first started but soon gave up since I started to get full packs but looking at your organization skills makes me want to go back to doing it!!

Things that are fullset(3 or more avatars), I have folders for that too. Such as Hair, clothes, assets, and Body (textures).

Here's what I have inside a avatars folder. 4 Folders for each thing. Assets, body(textures), clothes, and hair.

And in these folders, I have pictures of everything for all items. The photos is named the same as the folder of that asset so I can just look at the photo, then search it by name, find the folder via the search bar, and use it.

This is a very clean system that works perfectly for me, but it can be time consuming to organize (so keep up with it). What I do is I have a project that I call DUMP, and in that project I import assets I have one by one, identify if its fullset or individual/what it is, and then I take an image, name it what it is, name the folder of that item the same thing as what i named the image, and then I sort it away into its proper spot.
