One from Aeridiccore (the body base model), and another from jQueary (the head).

The head was somewhat easy to find, was able to download it here as .pmx files (you'll need MMD plugin to port to Blender). https://www.deviantart.com/mrwhitefolks/art/MMD-Siren-Head-v2-DL-814410569

The body I believe is Aeridiccore's Base Body Mesh base mesh (link to SmutBase).

The tongue, i'm not sure. I'll look more into!

All the info gathered is from this one post on Twitter, who I believe is the creator of the model, SFRouge.

I personally don't think they have released this model to the public, but I hope this helps with clearing up info, or if you'd perhaps like to replicate it yourself! 😄
