I found this Twitter user and I cannot help but wonder how they were able to make their material look so shiney and aesthetically pleasing. From what I gathered I know that they use Poiyomi but I am a Liltoon user and I have seen other users do the same thing! I was wondering how can this be done or is there a Booth shop somewhere that might be selling a material package that's pretty similar. I am still really knew to unity so I am not really sure how to perfect a material that's extremely similar to this, if someone can do it and share that would be so awesome, either way I would really appreciate the help so much if someone can explain or just respond in general.

You would just have to play with the settings a bit to get your desired outcome.
Other than that its something they did in Blender for renders using the shaders tab.
