Edit: I tried what was said above, but sadly still no luck. It still puts my avatar in the desky idle pose and removes the use of my controllers. I tried going into the prefab as well, switching the controllers, removing them one by one, but still no dice. I've got OVR at least so I can manage with that for now.

You can add gogo and make sure it's not set to auto-fix, that way it ignores treating the tail like human legs and you can change your seating/laying down positions / fly / hover off the ground.

My hands do work, however, when I turn on the back stroke toggle that comes with the avatar itself. I took it off thinking I'll just make due with space drag, but I find the body messes up at times there too (Jittering/spinning around in rare cases, and having to turn certain pose toggles on just to have the head movement look up properly). Has anyone found a way to get gogo on it and have it function properly?
