An option for the thread creator to restrict others to bump a post without adding a message so it's not just endless pages of the word bump.
The bump button? would be on a cooldown so one person would need to click it to bump a thread for whatever amount of time, 12hrs? 24?
Perhaps a lock on a response unless a url of some kind is in the message, suggesting something was found.
The notification would simply be "X bumped Y" so there's no clicking the notification and then it's sadly just another bump among hundreds of others to the thread.
