this creator does use Alcom {A fast open-source alternative of VRChat Creator Companion} It is something you need to download since it have a dependency on it that might compress it textures etc. here are the instructions. Make sure to go to avatar store page for direct links of the instructions since it there.

Install Alcom

Install Prefabulous using Alcom

Install Modular Avatar

Install VRCFury

Install Poiyomi Shader

Install Adjerry91' Face Tracking Templates

Install Lastation Gogo Loco

Import Zara Unity Package to your project

Open the scene in the Zara folder

Click on the avatar in the scene and verify that the "Show face blendshapes" box in the PA Recalculate Normals component is checked.
