My friend and i are working on a new avatar and we are trying to add a filter to it but i dont know the official name.
Basically have an area around it where if you get close, you see everything in a VHS filter. Im unsure how these work since im new to it, so im mainly looking for ideas, tips and advise. Im also not the best at unity, i just know how to add some stuff myself.
