I'm not that good at fixing parameter toggles, I'm not use to doing that
and @Sythra give me has much step by step info how to fix Emily
but again im not good at doing that stuff i don't want to ruin or mess up the model =/

I would also appreciate a tutorial for this or someone to place all the outfits for Emily onto a singular model. It drives me insane that Hazbin creators make a billion models for each outfit instead of simplifying and making them all in one model.

You can use the VRCFury plugin to create the toggles and Modular Avatar to auto-apply the bones to the model!
