Just search "Gogo Loco VCC" on Google and it will appear. After loading the avatar into the project, go to "GodWhimper". Then, on the right side, go to Expressions and click on GWp_Menu (VRC Expressions Menu). Where it says "GoGo", select it and delete it by clicking the minus sign. After that, go to the top toolbar, click on Tools, and then Gogo Loco. Add your avatar and select the Gogo Loco you want. Once you have it, the Gogo Loco should work.
