If that still security checks you could try turning a couple textures sizes down or deleting a couple things and another try.

I actually got it to load into the scene and upload correctly!
My "fix" was adding EVERYTHING needed, then the avatar package.
And then once the avatar loaded you can then add the extra things you want.

I think the last time i tried uploading her something failed, so me restarting the process from the start by taking everything out and starting again worked!

So if you want it to work, just make sure you upload the exact VCC necessary, with no additions. Some people add things to the avatar, but if I'm correct, that avatar is too big as it is.
