How would I go about using a ripper avatars assets to upload and use for myself, and what precautions I should take to keep my main account safe?

As for how and where you can use them, you should mostly follow the 'behind closed doors' way of thinking. Anything you don't want seen, don't bring/do in public worlds. This includes nsfw avis (even if you keep them fully-clothed, they often have textures clearly visible under clothes) and nsfw activities, and generally, anything your common sense highlights for you. 🙂 If you're in a private world alone (or with people you trust) then you're good!

If you dont make those avatars public (and dont get yourself banned for like nsfw actions or similar) you should be fine
