trying to add peircings to my belly button, but the tummy has jiggly physics, is there a correct way to add this?

Semi sidenote: how do i add piercings to the ears so they stick and move correctly (with the ear) , this question goes for tails too!

i know unity has tools like vrcfury and other stufff.

So quick tips and guides appreciated!
