I thought it was one of Mari's or Biscotti's but this model has 4 fingers, not 5, and the eyes/lashes don't really match up for any of their model bases. Possibly a custom edit maybe? It has thigh, butt, and belly physbones, no breasts. Outfit toggles included a sweater and scarf. There's an unclickable NSFW menu on it, and a male/female bodytype switcher as well.
