in body under the blendshapes options you can make the chest larger or smaller via a scale bar. you also can complete alter the shape via things such as bones or simply modifying it in blender(i dont think thats been done).

However the eyes are altered by a few blendshapes within base airi settings(the star and eyelight placement). but it looks to be an airi head to me, i can only give you want i know, my apologies.

The Hair is likely kitbashed from multiple hairs but the hairband is from Ribbon Twintail by Mariyuri. her eyes ive seen on booth but didnt find it so you may should try searching there! the skin is likely altered by both a body and face makeup set again try booth.
