It's just what's in the project, a lot of VPM packages can really inflate the size, as well as 4k Image files, and meshes.

the reason why the file is so big is because its a Unity Project itself
You go to unity > projects > Create New Project (the little arrow that faces down) > Add Exsisting Project > Put in the file you downloaded
After you have done that, the eye should be fixed and everything should be good to go, you can without any problems upload the avi then to vrc ❤
