It makes the body and everything else look larger than they are for the effect they're giving in the pictures.
You can save and import the front facing view image of that face into a project onto a material and drop it onto a flat plane object into the Scene in unity with a Milltina side-by-side and tweak the blendshapes until you get a similar appearance. (Time consuming but at least you have the clear front view!)
Tiny mouth, Sharp Chin/Face Option near bottom, Otona Shapekey, Eyelash Thick/Long shapekey, and the ones for the eye shape like Douya or any that droop the outer part of the eye. Also hide all the Pupils and Highlights in the eyes!
