First time really using Blender, so the quality is likely less than suboptimal.
I read that the original rigging (Rigify) isn't compatible with VRC, so I scrapped it and used a barebones AccuRIG rigging.
I also couldn't capture the white texture of the tail during texture baking.

The eyes lack movement and the model itself is in separate parts with no blendshapes. whoever was working on it must have rushed it. however the rigging is REALLY good, just needs to be adjusted

but since the new clothes are there it would be possible to migrate them to the current one we got

@kys think you'd be able to add on these clothes from this FBX file to your project? if you still have it and havent deleted it-

its safe to say its a possible model to use until we get more optional clothing for her.
