I'm not sure how to do this myself I haven't tried lol. Lumina is one of my favorites as far as face and options for blendshapes goes. If you're looking for more mommy milker (lmfao) You could even do a Lumina head + Milltina body. tbh would love to see a lumina head+egirl mash up lol I know I have seen a few + vrbase anime mashs, and there's a fitter tool on here posted for booth items to vrbase anime.
